0. This License applies to any program or other work which is distributed as part of the ODS Engineering suite of products under the terms of this License.

1. This License entitles you to use of the Program for the agreed and paid-for subscription period from the date of purchase of the License.

Any attempt otherwise to copy, modify, rent, lease, sub-license or distribute the Program or any part of content of the Program is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under this License. Parties who have received copies, or rights, from you under this License will also have their licenses terminated.
3. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Program. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Software in any manner.
4. If you assert any patent claims against the licensor relating the Program, or if you breach any terms of the License, your rights under this license automatically terminate.
5. You are not required to accept this License, since you have not signed it. However, nothing else grants you permission to use the Program or its derivative works.
